Sea Cycle Indoor opened it’s doors in April of 2017 to rave reviews! Sea Cycle Indoor is the first of its kind in Delaware. Its high intensity cardio cycle classes are unique! Ride to Sea Cycle’s state of the art sound and light system. These 50-minute classes burn serious fat and calories and are so much fun that you need to experience it to believe it!   It is not a spin class! It’s an all over body workout including weight routines!
